The number of vanlifers on the road has risen sharply in Quebec and elsewhere, and it’s great to see the community growing! However, this has had a negative impact in a few respects. Overflow has been observed in certain tourist areas, and some municipalities have been invaded by vans! Having promoted this lifestyle/travel since 2015, we naturally felt the need to offer a solution so that vanlife would be welcomed for many years to come.
While we still love finding free camping spots, we believe that the future of vanlife lies in developing unique experiences. You’ll always have your free secret spots on your road trips, so we’re committed to developing a network of vanlifer-friendly resources. This, of course, comes with pricing that we strive to keep to a minimum!
Family activities, for young and old alike, we now want to bring the experience we’ve developed in our van gatherings to you every year. Julien, Karo and the whole Go-Van team will be camping regularly across the different sites, and you’re sure to meet some great people! We look forward to seeing you around the campfire.
