- The site is open from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm. Please ensure that you arrive within this time frame, as we will not accept any travel into the village after these hours. If, exceptionally, you need to arrive outside opening hours, make sure you have paid for your overnight stay at go-van.com/baiedebeauport, then promptly arrive the next day at the Go-Van container OR at the Sun Life Beauport Bay information kiosk, to authenticate yourself and pick up your sticker and wristband!
- Most of the time, we’ll have an ambassador on hand, ready to assist you in the village or inside our Go-Van welcome container to answer any questions you may have. However, if there’s no one at the container during your visit, head to the Baie de Beauport Sun Life information kiosk for any questions you may have about your stay.
- Showers are available on request. If you want to shower, pick up your chip at our Go-Van container at the village reception or at the Baie de Beauport Sun Life information kiosk. Shower hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. You must return your chip before leaving the village, either at the Go-Van container or at the Baie de Beauport Sun Life information kiosk.
- If you’d like to light a fire at your campsite, pick up wood at the Go-Van welcome container or at the Baie de Beauport Sun Life information kiosk, between 9:30 am and 5 pm. Deliveries will be made to your site around 5pm.

Go-Van Code of Ethics
For us, vanlife is a privilege. By promoting this lifestyle on our platforms, our aim is to share our experience and introduce as many people as possible to the joys of van life. However, we also (and above all) want our community to share the same vision and values as we do, so that we can enjoy our spaces for a long time to come.
To enjoy vanlife to the full, you have to respect others and the environment around you. If you visit one of our Go-Van spaces, you too are adhering to the principles below, and encouraging others around you to do the same.
Fundamental principles
- Respect the site: follow the instructions and signs applicable to each location, at all times.
- Respect for space: leave no trace and pick up after yourself, so that your site is even cleaner when you leave than when you arrived.
- Respect for others: be considerate of other vanlifers on site and respect the noise level and curfew applicable to each location.
- Respect for waterways: don’t dump your grey or black water in the forest. Locate and use the designated areas instead.
- Respect ecosystems: don’t feed animals, as this disrupts their natural behavior. The food provided by the woods is sufficient and better for their health.
- Respect for the environment: dispose of your garbage in the bins on site. If these are full, bring them back with you.
- Respect for safety: make sure you extinguish your fire and follow the fire regulations in force at the time of your visit.
- Respect for hosts: make sure you always contribute to good relations with the residents of the region you are visiting when you travel.
